Senior Implementation Specialist
Job Description
Work with account teams to develop Pay Per Click media strategies and build out campaigns from start to finish
Campaign setup and management across channels
Support and collaborate with the team to create successful, multi-channel campaigns
Execute paid media optimisations based on performance and client goals and objectives
Manage daily, monthly and lifetime campaign budgets
Manage multiple paid media accounts simultaneously
Ensure all campaigns have measurable, trackable goals in place
Track, report, and analyse performance data to communicate key takeaways and ongoing opportunities for improvement
Work closely with the account management team to ensure goals are met through paid media channels
Ensure processes are followed and any roadblocks or issues are resolved. Demonstrate an understanding of your client’s business context in your day-to-day communications with them and with your team
Identify opportunities for increasing advertising budget and retained work. Continually improve knowledge and skill sets in existing and emerging Paid Media platforms and technologies
Managing clients’ digital analytics platforms
Providing consultative services to help inform and implement digital strategies
Conducting regular in-depth analytics audits and creating presentable strategic plans in order to optimise clients’ websites
Ensuring clients’ web analytics tools are optimised and implemented correctly, additionally advising on best practice
Monitoring clients’ campaigns and providing technical recommendations in a digestible way
Executing analytics training programmes both in-house and to small teams
Comfortable working with both a team and independently managing a portfolio of clients
Strong ad copy-writing skills that follow best practices
Able to efficiently communicate creative vision to a design team. Direct experience working in Google Ads and other platforms
Deep understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising
Current Google Ads and Analytics Certifications, Microsoft Ads/Bing desirable
Proficiency with Google Workspace apps, Google Tag Manager, Marketing Automation Systems, Looker Studio, and other technical skills a plus
Ability to implement tags and scripts and set up event tracking within Google Tag Manager
Have clear team and client communication on a day-to-day basis. Ability to review data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations
Ability to switch-task when needed and juggle multiple projects
Track record of consistently meeting deadlines as well as co worker and client expectations
Experience working with clients to meet their demands
Proficient at conducting in-depth analytics audits and creating presentable strategic plans in order to optimise clients’ websites
Possess technical ability to develop a suite of insight dashboards and reports within Google Analytics for enterprise level clients
Experience in delivering programmes efficiently, on time and within budget
Ability to identify programme challenges and opportunities and deal with them accordingly
Experience in delivering existing analytics training programmes both in-house and to small teams
£35,000 – £65,000
